We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return
your order under the terms below.
90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You may return any item within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the
purchase price. The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to assess it —
we understand that a pillow, a wallet or a grinder has to actually be used to be judged.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@kleeva.co with your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will reply with return instructions and a return address within 24 hours.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions
may not be traceable to your order.
RETURN SHIPPING
We cover the cost of return shipping on all orders. You will not be charged a restocking
fee, and there are no forms to complete.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your
original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days for the
funds to appear on your statement.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer a different size, colour or configuration, contact us at
support@kleeva.co and we will arrange an exchange rather than a refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not
what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photograph and we will send a
replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping paid — at no cost to you.
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been visibly soiled or
damaged through misuse. Gift cards are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before
the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law,
including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law grants you a longer or more
favourable right than this policy, that law applies.
